TEAM BUILDING
With the exception of a few intrepid solo sailors or dinghy sailors, sailing is a TEAM sport. On a boat, the team is called the CREW. How well and how fast a boat sails depends mainly on communication, cooperation and assistance. Sailing is probably the best activity for people to work together in a coherent fashion - and the results show instantly.

How big is your team? The bigger the team, the bigger the boat. Even more? The more boats. Learning the basics of sailing, its strange and interesting language and how to make the systems work together is the ultimate team building experience.

At a minimum... two. Maximum is limited only by the number of boats we can have in the water at any time (ps... many)
We will provide your team with lots of material prior to sailing. It may look complex, but it is not complicated.
No worries. Once you are on board, things start making sense and before you know it your team/crew are sailing!
